There are virtually little to no traces left of this legacy culture. Most of the employees are either new and disgruntled or more tenured and disgruntled. HR became a revolving door, with little to no regard for the employee. Executive leadership who was tasked with managing this division, worked diligently to destroy any trace of the previous culture and instead worked to assimilate the culture to a more comfortable "Avnet", using the HR department and under-handed methods to rid themselves of these employees. There is little to no trace of strategic vision, except "the number".
