3yWe are deeply sorry to hear about your experience and we do hope you took the opportunity to escalate your concerns to Executive Leadership and to Human Resources before moving on. We need to go through the appropriate channels so we can provide coaching or additional support where needed. We sincerely value our employees and we want to ensure that everyone has the tools and resources to do jobs well, and without unnecessary stressors. While we do understand that our field can be demanding, we do want to make sure that you have a manageable workload and the right support.
