Applied online, then an HR screening followed by a meeting with the Marketing Director. The role was primarily focused on demand generation and translating leads into prospective clients. Each interview was at least an hour.

Interview
The process overall was a good experience. I first had a phone interview with human resources then moved to a video interview with department leaders. I was given updates along the way.
Process was smooth and just 1:1 conversations. The recruiter was very nice and helpful and so were the other individuals I interviewed with. They made me feel comfortable and really like they just wanted someone that was capable of doing the job and not putting you through an unnecessary and extensive process to prove yourself.
