      Flexibility, co workers. That's about it

      Cons

      Management will not listen to employee concerns. Instead they gaslight or make up an answer that is not related to concerns, emails to HR are not confidential, too much gossip, terrible pay for workload.

      I love the people I work with here. Of all the companies I have worked for, this is my favorite.

      It’s a great place to work, the managers really care and try to work with you, the people are nice and the work isn’t too difficult

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low for the area
