      The long tenure of many of the people at Aritzia is testament to the strong employment pipeline as well as the career fulfillment that many enjoy. They go after top talent, and being surrounded by other high performers is exciting and inspiring. It is a good feeling to be part of a growing and succeeding retail company

      It’s not for everyone - but if you are driven by a high performance culture in a thriving company, then you will not be disappointed.

      Pros

      Being around fashion, some people were nice.

      Cons

      Commissions and shady way of giving people hours. If you don’t sell, they won’t give you hours. The people are there are snooty and rude sorority girls.
