Pros
Easy to qualify for various opportunities (jobs). Training is usually pretty engaging and friendly. The people who teach are genuinely passionate about their role. The schedule flexibility is a huge advantage. It has great clients to work for such as Agero and Carnival. If you get the right positions they can be really fun and/ or rewarding.
Cons
The remote factor, while wonderful can also be a bit of a disadvantage as management can be hard to reach or not very responsive. When you have a contact terminated they don't give you the courtesy of telling you why with an email, a call, nothing. Those things can be frustrating but the fact you can work from home making money helping people on your own schedule with little oversight is worth it. Not a scam.
