Pros
Smart, skilled staff - Aridhia employed clever people which made the work environment stimulating. It also meant that staff could learn from each other. The atmosphere during most of my time was good, with most staff enjoying their work as far as I could see. Many interesting projects, though this was a double edged sword.
Cons
Two rounds of redundancies sapped morale and saw an exodus of many of the most talented remaining staff who decided they needed more security. The second round of layoffs happened despite assurances that they would not and this undermined trust in the board. The company has yet to turn a profit as far as most recent filed accounts show after the best part of a decade in operation.
