Pros
Having worked at Hyder for 8 years, I can say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time her, my career has gone from strength to strenght and I have been given the chance to work on some really high profile projects.
Cons
Salary reviews are not really competitive enough from what I gather (job satisfaction oveall out weighs this for me though) There is a great cross team working environment at Hyder alrthough the Admin team are sometimes not very helpful, a lot of the time I find easier to do things myself rather than relying on them, which can eat into project/personal time...
