Wonderful collection of workers with a deep desire for greater things.
Cons
The company still has not resolved multi company integration years after completion. If you are part of the in crowd, you are teflon. Many seniors just doing their thing their way. Management of numbers is not leadership. No experienced focus on future or true leadership is present. Seniors could use training on leadership, mentoring and invest time in people. Many people are going no where fast with careers. The people focus rings hollow fast.
