Some great people & many development opportunities. Bonuses & payrise scheme rewarding if you perform, good tools & processes for the most part.

Cons

Leadership mostly vacant or poor listeners to underlying issues, Personally witnessed many poor behaviours, with bullying staff promoted and individuals given higher roles due to positive discrimination simply to "hit numbers".
