Pros

Nice furnishings in the office in a great location.

Cons

- Managers did not appreciate any good work. - Often worked overtime (I did not charge these hours). - Was not paid on time. - They micro-manage you. - They did not pay me on time, calling me in to work in December 2017 even after timesheets had closed so I was unable to claim hours. - After submitting my hours from late December 2017 in early 2018, the manager had a go at me. - Manager would not shut up, saying the company had invested in me. It was really insulting. - They do not teach you. - There was discrimination in the team. - One time, my manager was looking for a file while I was on the computer. We were both staring at the screen and I clicked a folder because I thought maybe the file was in there. He threatened to fire me for that. That's an example of the bully-type of environment there.
