Its a consulting company, therefore just because you have the job does not mean you have work to do, if you are not lucky to have a group that has a lot of projects, you have to actively seek work from other group or project managers. You have to account for every minute of your time. Doing time sheets were stressful. Since its a big company there was a specialist for almost every thing even like CAD for engineers, so the job scope was a little narrow to a certain extent.
