      - Professional Development Reviews are non-existent (only 1 in 4+ years of work) - You get ahead by who you know and not based on your performance - Graduate Engineers (no mentoring, no graduate program, no clear development path) - Extreme focus on being billable - A few in Management roles apply bully tactics and micromanagement
