      Pros

      1. A good place to start a career as a graduate. 2. A multi faceted company allowing wide ranging projects. 3. Large workforce allowing the company to tender for big jobs.

      Cons

      1. Management known to undercut competition on price then unload the pressure onto junior staff to bring projects in on the cheap. 2. Too much corporate brainwashing. 3. Salaries not competitive, annual salary review based on performance but no reward at all for promotion. 4. Graduate retention rates extremely poor.

      None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.
