      Pros

      Peer relationships are strong and company is competitive for broad/full ability in any RE project.

      Cons

      Lack of job security, lack of work in general, minimal open reviews of job performance, minimal reward for bringing in new work or connections, very little work/life balance, location not ideal for business or CRE status, bad health insurance and very little involvement in CRE events. Read the writing in fine print.
