You can contribute to industry impact by working on sustainable and meaningful projects in infrastructure, water management, and environmental solutions, helping address climate change and urban development challenges.

      Cons

      Not many, great place to work with extremely flexible working, remote or hybrid and a lot of options to work from. There is a lot of change but not really a con, it's a great opportunity to learn and grow so you just have to seize the opportunities.
