Pros

Big office. Hybrid work style. Some colleagues are nice.

Cons

Narrow-minded and cheap managers, especially in their Interior Design Hospitality team. They would call for an hour-long meeting to ask you why a 4-hour task took you 4.5 hours to complete. You would need their approval for every single thing you do, like a primary school student asking for a teacher's permission to go to the washroom. I have a lot more to share, but I don't have the appetite to think much about them at the moment.
