1- Bad management, no experience, no respect, some find themselves as God and ask others to pray. 2- promotions are based on relations and friendships 3- working all the time. 4- some of them deal with outsourcing as slaves. 5- how much you are smart, hardworker, and highly educated, these don't matter, weird relations and friendships come first. 6- legacy systems, legacy infra
