Pros

Excellence in operational and financial customer services and at all levels . Great , friendly , dedicated and knowledgeable staff . Worked there for 30 years and owe my solid banking experience to this great institution .

Cons

Human resources management is weak . All the staff are dedicated , self motivated , and highly qualified but most of the recently hired ones get their experience at Arab Bank and go for higher positions in other institutions . Old employees have no choices .
