My time at Appvance has been an incredible journey. This is a fast-moving company with a product that is truly leading the industry. Although we are still in start-up mode, which means we often wear many hats, it's exciting to be exposed to so many different aspects of the business. Unlike many leaders who manage from behind a computer screen, our CEO is always willing to be customer-facing and directly involved. This hands-on approach not only boosts team morale but also ensures we stay connected to our customers' needs and feedback.
