Pros
At one time, every employees voice mattered; every idea mattered. Innovation was at the forefront of importance. Then, mainsail took over and it all just turned to corporate sludge.
Cons
Was fantastic in the beginning being a part of a young(ish) startup. Then a separate entity got involved in the company and MANY EXTREMELY talented folks were abruptly let go for no other reason than finding cheaper/inferior replacements. It’s a move that I’ll never respect, be it enterprise level or grassroots startup.
