      Pros

      Team collaboration. Good timing to do your tasks. Excellent communication with all the team members, leaders and PMs. You can propose things and they hear you. Flexible with the number of meetings. Training each quarter.

      Cons

      I love everything we have here. I want to continue working here for a few more years because I had bad experiences with US-based companies before, and here I feel they appreciate the job I do.
