However, we are sorry to hear that your experience with leadership did not meet your expectations. We want our managers to be empowering resources for their teams, not a hurdle. Your advice to "listen to your workers" is well taken and we are actively working on expanding our internal feedback channels and leadership development programs to ensure our managers have the support and training they need to lead effectively.
