      Great market opportunity but no execution

      Cons

      Crazy amount of dishonesty, literally making up sales numbers for the board (which they control). Also literally invented metrics. The CEO and his inept cousin control the board, so good luck trying to change anything. Imagine burning 160M in cash with almost zero in ARR
