      Pros

      Team members are supportive, communication is good and the company delivers on its promises. Managers care about their people. Roles are broad but you are are also given time to specialise. Expect to put effort in and be challenged, but also receive recognition for a job well done. Overall working here you feel the professionalism, adherence to global standards and that’s what helps win business.

      Cons

      None really. It’s a genuinely lovely mid size company doing great things.

      Pivoting technological landscape, but they're handling it well and growing ahead of the trends, but a better bonus program might enticing

      Pros

      Applicable is a great place to get exposed to a bunch of different technologies especially in the areas of infrastructure, virtualization, and Unified Communication.

      Cons

      Communication between global geographies can use some work but it is something that is constantly being worked on for improvement.
