Pros
Fast progression from service desk analyst level (if you put the work in). You will be exposed to numerous products to support. Flexibility to work from home when necessary. Good location to transport links. A real sense of community at the company. Work life balance is important to the company.
Cons
Can get real busy and leave you feeling stretched thin at times. Sometimes statistics will feel more important than the quality of work. No real on the job training but able to claim expenses or vouchers to pay for IT certifications. Conversations around remuneration always seem awkward and a less favoured topic of discussion.
