Pros
I work with people who care to do the right thing, it makes for a place that has a common set of values that are real and conistent. It matters. I am trusted by my manager, and with that trust I'm enabled to lead my teams A strong ethos to improve the business, and we're small enough that if you want to be involved - you will be. Access and opportunity to learn from other teams - and the people here are talented and willing to share I simply enjoy my time here
Cons
Things can be hard at times. Arguably - that's IT for you. You will always get an ebb or flow with any IT business. Applicable is supportive, and seeks to make sure staff are looked after. But you do get those busy periods! When you look back on them - they can often include some of the bggest achievements.
