      -staff is friendly and confirmative, aways looking out for your job prospects. -Info's you on all that you'll need for a contract. -contacts can get extended or even end up as hire on. -Can be contacted if your unsure or feel your job responsibilities don't seem right.

      Cons

      -Responsibilities are in a grey area of expections once signed on a contract. -pay is either great or under pay. -could take up to 1 week to 2 months to find a contract.

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
