      Excellent company to work with. Commission makes up for low base. Only hire the best, you will fit in with the team dynamic if selected. The managers really care about you.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment. Only quick learners will survive. Trial and error. One must get used to hearing no a lot.

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
