Pros
Great company. Great coworkers. Wonderful Culture. Great opportunity to make money. They are female and minority owned! Great work/life balance offered.
Cons
its a staffing agency.. so .. Also, training isn't that great. You definitely need to pay attention to how to use their internal system cause its confusing! not very user friendly ATS system. Could also have a higher base pay, but they do have a great commissions structure here.
