Pros
Very supportive environment, the branch managers and higher account manager are always willing to help, great training material. Can advance in the company very easily if you put in the work.
Cons
Pride themselves on "never laying anyone off" which means they lay you off but call it being fired. Met all quotas and yet was fired for not meeting them because it was a requirement to put them under the branch manager's name for the first half of training. Found out later that 4 other people in the region got let go at the same time. Great when they are doing good, but shady when things get rough for management. Very good place to work, but only if you are making a ridiculous amount of sales because if the economy/job market has a drop, you are fighting for your position. Be ready to work at any hour of the day to make sales.
