Pros
There is lots of opportunity to make money if you put in the time. Branch and Regional managers are there for you to guide and mentor you. They are a private company so there is more flexibility and you get an opportunity to know the leaders well.
Cons
You need to be patient to succeed. If you go in saying you want to make alot of maoney fast and will get frustrated. It takes time to learn the business and time to get clients. The sales people (Sr. Account Executives) at the top that make the most money are very good sales people in this industry. They have all been working with Appleone for years and may have been a managers at one point. Like all sales professions they sometime get in the way and find loopholes to keep there clients. Again if you are new you'll need to be patient. Everyone wants more money.
