      Pros

      This company is good if you get a location that can put aside the BS and actually perform. If you focus and sell sell sell, the reward $$$ will be good. Orlando office is great, other FL locations beware.

      Cons

      Inflexible schedule, sales focused (even if hired in "recruitment" focused position), too many politics, unintelligent leadership. Terrible vacation policy.

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
