The training is set up randomly. I wasnt trained untill 4 months after I started. The management is horible. What ends up happening is each branch has one senior recruiter and everyone else has to fill position for that person. They also whant you to be visiting 5 clients a week and making 50 plus sales calls interviewing 15 candidates a week. They work you untill you burn out, when you quit they take all of the clients you may have gotten and give them to the senior recruiter and the process continues.
