Pros
On top of your pay you get to earn commission once you place people. You will meet some decent people and candidates here. Offsite company training is where you will learn the most.
Cons
Training is via webinars that are scattered from your start date. Many managers will only assist once VP feels your not up to par instead of saying they haven’t trained you. Each office is ran based off “standards well as based on management” HR reports everything you tell Corp HR they report back to your manager even if about them, or they tell the VP who tells the manager without investigation. The things this company can teach you is amazing the people they have working past management will never allow you to get these most recruiters who stay long have great managers offices where it is a revolving door well easier to just see. When you leave the company they sort through your emails not for candidates you can respond to but just looking.
