Pros
I worked with some great people. All of the staff was supportive, friendly, and helpful at various locations and employment levels.
Cons
A lot of the methods are antiquated. The company is still in the "pick up the phone and make some calls!" mode, even in this digital age where there's no need for that. An unnecessarily extensive training program that doesn't allow you make commission while you're in it. Benefits could be better, but they're not terrible.
