      ** Sales-driven people are recognized easily ** A clear career path ** Fun and driven coworkers to work with ** Support from the management team

      ** Base and commissions are lower than market standard ** Benefits are VERY expensive ** High turnover rate and lots of changes going on ** Candidate is not really the center of universe. Sales is the King. Performance solely ties to sales and money

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
