Horrible office management, branch manager would take 4+ hour long company paid lunch breaks then micro manage everyone else in the office actually working. Zero flexibility for taking a day off or even adjusting your schedule to fit in a dentist or doctors apt. Overall company benefits not great either, low pay for the work required.
