      Cons

      No flexibility in remote work. Low base pay for entry-level, but chance for commission. Training program is 3-6 months (not a definitive)

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
