ability to make decisions and management support you. (depending on your mgr) team work environment stable company salary and commission checks were always correct and on time. good company name recognition good support from corporate on any issue
Cons
wearing tooo many hats interviewing schedules are hectic while trying to focus on sales favortism among staff regardless of success or qualifications expected to wear a suit everyday working with upper manangement that is incompetent lack of communication or support from direct reports in career paths. promotions are limited and long in obtaining (must wait till someone quits)
