      Everyone from the bottom up was genuinely interested in helping you advance your career & very helpful.

      Cons

      Sales is king so metrics are huge. Can be stressful. Running a full-desk is stressful at any company.

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
