      I do not have any.

      Cons

      I didn't get a raise in three years. Pay rate was low. Phone calls weren't returned. I didn't hear a thing from them when I was laid off. They didn't reply to their request from MN to confirm my layoff on time, so I had to wait the length of the waiting period before getting an unemployment payment.

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
