      - Management works along side of you, ask questions, and wants to help you succeed - LOTS of available training and on-going materials - Team focused - LOTS of rewards both emotionally and monitary

      Cons

      - Health benefits and 401K package could be better, however not the worst that I have seen

      Pros

      Recruiters are responsive and willing to help you find work. Alot of direct hire opportunities with decent companies.

      Cons

      Depending on what you are looking for, options may be low. That's not any fault to the agency they only have availability based upon the clients need.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
