Pros

I've worked with boutique firms and with the Big Four over my 20 year career, and working at Appirio has been my best experience so far! Management listens, they really do walk-the-talk. It starts at CEO Chris Barbin and flows down. Employees are supported, we have control of our future and what we want to do with the company, and training is provided when it's needed (not after the fact). Working from home is a HUGE perk with very little travel so far. Truly a diamond in the rough! I've already referred multiple friends to Appirio and will continue to do so.

Cons

Our biggest issue seems to be staffing. The area that I work in we're all working at least 2 projects, so clients sometimes suffer, or our personal lives do, or sometimes both. Average work weeks have been 50+ hours but knowing this is in the comfort of home makes it more bearable. Staffing for project hours is rarely indicative of what we actually work, so our reports may say 30 billable hours to the 50 we're actually working. However, the pros WAY outweigh the cons.
