      If you have an idea, you can go off and run with it and work to get it implemented. You are part of an organization with a ton of really smart people that are all really driven. The culture is seen in everything you do here which is a great thing.

      Cons

      Rapid growth sometimes is catching up with itself within the structure of the org such as support needed
