      Pros

      - The people (bright, energetic, fun) - The leadership (transparent, energetic, passionate) - Benefits (just adopted 401k match. gym, internet, parking stipend) - Fun work - Transition with acquisition going smoothly - Training (on boarding and continuous)

      Cons

      Sometimes the crowd seems a bit young. Multiple hires comes straight from the “Ascend” program, which is a wonderful program to help recent college grads acclimate before transitioning into a permanent role.
