Cons
Unpaid training, low pay, pauses in available work on projects for weeks or months on end due to various excuses from ‘the client’, delayed payment issues on the newest platform (Crowdgen) for many contributors causing distress, help desk never responding to tickets, projects ending suddenly without warning or explanation and contractors are suddenly left without any work, playing favoritism toward certain contractors in terms of downsizing projects and who they decide to keep/discard and which isn’t based on performance, technical issues occurring regularly on their platforms which prevent being able to work, spending time and energy qualifying and training for projects (unpaid) and not being onboarded or project suddenly paused to never be heard of again…
