Pros
The people there are amazing. They really help you do the best at your job. Great DEI programs, very inclusive. The office hubs are great, free drinks/snacks, they have a barrista who makes free coffees, massage chairs, beer on tap for after shifts, free car washes, its pretty awesome.
Cons
A 2 month training course, if you fail the tests, you are let go. (Only for customer care core team) Pay raises are not great. They have started to micro manage more, to really get their bang for their buck. Some departments its like a dictatorship, others they are great. Really depends what department you get into.
