This place is awesome! In my experience, AppD is really deliberate about who they hire, so everyone who makes the cut is super smart, kind, hardworking, and fun. Management also affords you a high level of trust, which is really important to me. My team works from home on Fridays, but I usually still come into the office because it's a great place to be.
