After spending time at a few big firms and a few really small firms, landed at AppD. *Used to think monitoring was a bit dull, but a lot of innovation going on. *Pretty generous and out of the really big firms, Cisco has a good reputation amongst employees. *Doesn't feel like just a number. *Role I have, have a lot of creative freedom, more so than I would have thought. *Management is pretty transparent. *Really care about their people and Cisco benefits are pretty good IMO.
