      Crazily fast career growth due to a combination of massive company growth and a preference for promoting from within, especially into management roles. Learn massively from being surrounded by people at the top of their game. Everybody pulls (a LOT more than) their weight.

      Cons

      Updates to systems and admin processes don't always keep up with our growth.
